Koda XT is an extremely durable material specifically engineered for exterior applications. Made with 40% pre-consumer recycled content, Koda XT is ideal for exterior projects seeking LEED accreditation.

Scientific Certification Systems (SCS) has certified that 3form Varia Ecoresin™ contains a minimum of 40% recycled content by weight.

100 Percent^® is a premium material made from 100% post-consumer recycled material, epitomizing our high design/low impact philosophy. Empty shampoo, detergent, milk bottles and the like, made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), are transformed into high design, engineered panels. While many products are down-cycled into lower quality products, 100 Percent represents material upcycling: a low value product with an average life span of about 30 days being transformed into a high value durable product. Today, only about a quarter of all HDPE plastic bottles are being recycled in this country. Purchasing recycled products reduces demand for virgin resources, saves energy, and develops stronger markets.

Chroma^® contains 40% pre-consumer recycled content. This monolithic material also exemplifies the power of designing with the product’s entire life cycle in mind. Chroma is an innovative product platform utilizing a new coloring technology that allows the resin panels to be re-surfaced and re-colored over and over again. This allows them to be used in multiple applications, extending their useful life and keeping the material out of landfill.

Chroma Sustainable Life-Cycle

Color is infused to a depth of 250 microns (approximately the same as 10 sheets of paper), which provides for a luminous aesthetic quality

The renewable finish provides a surface that can be refinished to look like new as often as desired

The material gains a second life by being re-manufactured into a new product or sold through reclaim

The color can be completely removed and re-manufactured for a new purpose

The new sheet is sold through Reclaim and the process beings again

If unable to be re-used, it is entirely recyclable at end of life

Struttura, made with ecoresin, contains between 25% and 40% pre-consumer recycled content. Struttura is also a lightweight product that is efficient to ship and install.
