3form organizes the first annual GreenWeek, simultaneously launching the beginning of Green Teams

April 2005 - 3form organizes Green Teams
The very first 3form Green Teams are launched during GreenWeek, but employee efforts continue today.

May 2005 - 3form lauches Full Circle
3form partners with artisan communities in need around the world to launch products showcasing their sustainably harvested crafts.

June 2005 - Varia Ecoresin is SCS Certified for 40 % recycled content
Scientific Certification Systems certifies the 40% recycled content

June 2005 First sponsorship of a Solar Decathlon team
3form donates materials to teams of college students competing in the design of a house powered entirely by solar energy.

September 2005 - 3form begins Reclaim Program
3form begins taking responsibility for its product at end of life by paying for it to be returned for reuse or recycling.

December 2005 - 3form begins Carpool program
3form employees who carpool, bike, or use public transportation to get to and from work are entered into a raffle each month with a chance to win fun prizes. Carpoolers also get priority parking spots.

May 2006 - 3form first purchases carbon offsets
3form offsets the mileage driven by each of our sales representatives through Renewable Choice Energy.

June 2006 - 3form launches 100 Percent
3form raises the bar for sustainable materials by launching this high design panel made entirely from post-consumer waste.

June 2006 - ecoresin becomes GreenGuard certified
Varia Ecoresin is tested for and achieves the highest level of Greenguard Certification for Indoor Air Quality.

January 2007 - 3form launches Chroma
The Chroma product is launched featuring its innovative refinishing and repurposing capabilities.

February 2007 - 3form begins Hybrid Program
3form offers sales representatives a financial incentive to purchase a hybrid vehicle.

April 2007 - 3form launches Path to Zero
3form sets aggressive goals to eliminate landfill waste, become carbon neutral, and increase the recycled content in products.

May 2007 - 3form implements no PVC
3form launches Pure Color, eliminating the use of PVC, and allowing for the product to be easily recyclable as 100% PETG.

July 2007 - 3form hires Sustainability Coordinator
A full-time Sustainability Coordinator is hired to manage company-wide efforts and zero-to-landfill goals.

September 2008 - 3form sponsors 1st annual Day of Caring
3form employees volunteer their day as a part of city-wide service day hosted by the United Way.

October 2008- 3form expands 100 Percent
100PERCENT Base expands our most environmentally-friendly product line. It is now far more versatile with 6 new solid color options and an additional gauge

April 2009 - 3form celebrates its 5th annual GreenWeek

May 2009- 3form develops Photovoltaic Product for mass transit stations
3form, in collaboration with Lundberg design, developed the groundbreaking material comprised of recycled polycarbonate with encapsulated photo-voltaic cells.

May 2009- 3form launches new Struttura™ with recycled content
Now using Varia Ecoresin as the shell, our new Stuttura line now comes standard with recycled content.

June 2009- 3form achieves ISO 14001
All U.S. 3form Manufacturing and Fabrication facilities have earned the prestigious ISO 14001:2004 certification for Environmental Management Systems, demonstrating our current and ongoing commitment to minimizing our environmental impact.

October 2009- 3form launches Koda XT™
The first architectural polycarbonate with 40% pre-consumer recycled content.

February 2010- 3form launches Chroma with 40% Recycled Content
Chroma now comes standard with recycled content.
