Grand Prize
THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER OF THE 2011 BEST INSTALLATION CONTEST WILL BE AWARDED A TRIP TO SALT LAKE CITY TO VISIT THE 3FORM SALT LAKE CITY SHOWROOM AND SKI WHAT’S BEEN CALLED THE GREATEST SNOW ON EARTH.
The trip includes round trip airfare for two, and three nights hotel accommodations at the canyons ski resort. While here, spend one day at the canyons ski resort with a one-day lift pass for two people, compliments of 3form. We will also provide the winner and guest a tour of our company headquarters and showroom in salt lake city.
In addition to this, the winner of the grand prize will receive their choice of one of the following two options:
Option A:
$1,500.00 credit to be used on Ready to Go solutions. Ready to Go solutions are pre-packaged solutions, complete with 3form materials, hardware components, CAD files, and necessary fabrication edge treatments, cutting, forming or sanding.
Option B:Two (2) unique 4’x8’, 7/16” gauge Varia Ecoresin ReMix Panels (subject to availability).

2nd Place
2ND PLACE IN BOTH THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR CATEGORIES WILL RECEIVE THEIR CHOICE OF

$300 worth of Gecko product from 3form Studio. Gecko is an alternative to traditional window coverings –
an adhesive backed textile system that allows for transformations of existing glass installations.

Option B:
$300.00 credit to be used on Reclaim products. The 3form Reclaim program reuses and recycles materials removed from installations or panels damaged in production. It is a bi-directional process that prevents panels from entering the landfill and extends their useful life.

Special Recognition Categories
Additional participants will be given special recognition in select "Honorable Mention" categories.
The winners in these categories will each be awarded one (1) Varia Ecoresin platter. The artful platters make unique gifts, or you can pick one up for your own home or office space.
